Hi,

I misunderstand the git commit message. 
It seems to just use `blkio' for an examples of the cgroup documentation.

But, `ns' doesn't seem to be suitable for checking whether it
is a container process as `ns' actually disappeared in kernel 3.0.0.

So the patch I posted still can be utilized.
