I agree. I tried to be consistent with the current implementation. Now, the
next step could be to change the external .so to an internal static lib and
be with done it. 

I don't think a programmatic API for lxc make much sense, unless we want to 
interface with some batch manager or system manager ? and even in that case,
the CLI could be used.
